Q : TalkArk란 무엇인가요?

A : TalkArk 란 Talk(말하다) 와 Ark(방주)라는 단어의 합성어로 세상의 모든 소리를 담을 수 있는 커다란 방주로서의 플랫폼으로 개발된 서비스입니다. 소리와 사람(네트워크), 시간, 공간, 객체와의 어울림을 기준으로 사용자가 소리를 통해 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 서비스를 추구합니다.

Q : 회원가입은 어떻게 하나요?

A : 메인 화면에서 Join 버튼을 클릭합니다. E-mail주소와 ID(Username), 비밀번호, 비밀번호확인, 보안키를 입력한 후 Create my account 버튼을 클릭하여 회원가입을 합니다.

Q : 트위터가 없어도 가입 되나요?

A : 네, 가입 됩니다. 추후에 트위터를 연동하고자 할 때에는 Profile메뉴의 SNS Ouath.에서 Connect 버튼을 눌러 연동할 수 있습니다.

Q : 아이디/비밀번호를 잊어버렸어요.

A : 메인 화면에서 ? 버튼을 클릭합니다. 화면의 가입할 당시 입력하신 E-mail을 입력하시면 해당 E-mail로 임시 비밀번호가 발송됩니다.

Q : 회원정보 변경은 어디서 하나요?

A : 상단메뉴의 Profile을 클릭하시면 회원정보 페이지가 나옵니다. 회원정보를 변경하신 후 반드시 SAVE 버튼을 클릭하셔야 변경된 정보가 저장됩니다.

Q : 비밀번호를 변경하고 싶어요.

A : 로그인 하신 후에 메인 화면에서 Profile 버튼을 클릭합니다. 화면 하단부의 Password란에 현재 비밀번호/새 비밀번호/새 비밀번호 확인을 입력하신 후 SAVE 버튼을 누르시면 됩니다.

Q : 프로필 사진 변경은 어디서 하나요?

A : 상단메뉴의 Profile에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 카메라 아이콘을 클릭하시면 프로필 사진을 기본 이미지로 설정하거나 파일을 업로드 하여 변경할 수 있습니다.

Q : 내 소개를 녹음하고 싶은데 어떻게 하나요?

A : 상단메뉴의 Profile에서 녹음할 수 있습니다. 마이크 아이콘을 클릭하시면 직접 목소리를 녹음할 수도 있고 PC에 저장돼있는 파일을 업로드 할 수도 있습니다. 내 소개는 마이크 아이콘 옆에 있는 이어폰 아이콘을 클릭하여 들을 수 있습니다.

Q : Profile 메뉴에서 “Emotions”는 무엇인가요?

A : 로그인 시 선택했던 각 Emotion의 개수를 보여주는 곳입니다.

Q : Emotion/Question 이라는 게 뭔가요?

A : 감성/기호 정보를 통해 보다 좋은 서비스를 제공하고자 기획된 질문 페이지 입니다. 제공해 주신 답변은 다양한 메타데이터와의 결합으로 회원님들께 진보된 서비스를 제공해 드릴 것입니다. 해당 질문은 매 12시간 마다 1회씩 자동으로 문의 드리고 있습니다.

Q : 목소리를 올리고 싶어요.(업로드)

A : 화면 상단메뉴에 Upload 버튼을 클릭합니다. 1번째 탭의 Record부분에서 빨간색 녹음 버튼을 클릭하신 후에 마이크를 통하여 녹음을 합니다. - Next 버튼 지도상에 현재위치 or 특정위치 검색을 통하여 타깃지역을 지정하신 후에 Title과 Tag를 입력하신 후에 Talk버튼을 클릭하시면 녹음된 음성파일이 타겟지역 위치정보로 업로드 됩니다. top

Q : PC에 저장돼있는 녹음파일을 올리고 싶어요.

A : 화면 상단메뉴에 Upload 버튼을 클릭합니다. 2번째 탭의 File 버튼을 누르신 후 Select Files 버튼을 통하여 컴퓨터에 저장된 mp3파일을 선택합니다. - Next 버튼 지도상에 현재위치 or 특정위치 검색을 통하여 타겟지역을 지정하신 후에 Title과 Tag를 입력하신 후에 Talk버튼을 클릭하시면 녹음된 음성파일이 타겟지역 위치정보로 업로드 됩니다.

Q : 전에 녹음된 파일을 올리고 싶어요.

A : 화면 상단메뉴에 Upload 버튼을 클릭합니다. 이전에 녹음하였던 사운드파일리스트 중 업로드 하고자 하는 음성파일을 선택하신 후에 Next버튼 을 클릭합니다. 지도상에 현재위치 or 특정위치 검색을 통하여 타겟지역을 지정하신 후에 Title과 Tag를 입력하신 후에 Talk버튼을 클릭하시면 녹음된 음성파일이 타겟지역 위치정보로 업로드 됩니다.

Q : 키워드 검색이 무엇인가요?

A : TalkArk는 사용자의 편의성을 위해 검색키워드를 제공하고 있습니다. !friend -지도와 목록형식에 친구를 표시합니다. !hot -지도와 목록형식에 평가가 높은 음성 20개를 표시합니다. !nearby -지도와 목록형식에 현재 지도화면상에 등록된 소리를 표시합니다. !sound -지도와 목록형식에 내가 등록한 소리를 표시합니다. @ID 당신이 찾고자 하는 ID의 사용자를 검색합니다.

Q : Hot Tag란 무엇인가요?

A : 지난 30일 간 가장 많이 검색된 Tag들을 말합니다.

Hot Tag는 화면 상단메뉴의 What's new에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 원하는 tag를 클릭하면 그 tag에 알맞은 검색결과를 볼 수 있습니다.

Q : 친구등록을 하고 싶어요

A : 상대방의 아이디를 검색(@ID키워드)하여 Sound Detail 화면에서 친구 맺으실 수 있습니다. 지도에 검색된 사운드 디테일 화면에서 "More"버튼을 통한 Sound Detail 화면에서 친구 맺으실 수 있습니다. 검색된 목록을 통하여 Sound Detail 화면에서 친구를 맺으실 수 있습니다.

Q : 친구추가를 하였다는데 어디서 수락하나요?

A : 요청된 친구에 대한 수락은 메인화면 상단의 "Profile"버튼을 클릭하여 People Detail 화면의 우측 "Notice"에 “@요청자ID requested @내ID to be friends”. 메시지를 클릭하시면 수락여부를 선택하실 수 있습니다.

Q : badge란 무엇인가요?

A : TalkArk의 사운드 콘텐트입니다. 업로드 한 사운드에 대한 Play, Comment, Share, Like/Dislike에 대한 평가로 높은 점수의 사운드는 Hot Sound로 등록되며 평가를 하거나 받게 된 사용자는 각 평가 별 가중치로 점수를 받아 기존 점수를 통해 badge를 획득할 수 있습니다.

Q : 친구들끼리만 사운드를 주고 받고 싶을 때(chatting)는 어떻게 하나요?

A : 상단메뉴의 Whisper 서비스를 이용하시면 됩니다. 새로운 채팅을 시작할 때에는 New whisper 선택 후 우측에서 대화할 친구를 선택합니다. (선택된 친구를 다시 클릭하면 선택이 취소됩니다.) recording 버튼을 눌러 목소리를 녹음하고 text를 입력한 후 send 버튼을 눌러 전송합니다. 기존의 대화를 이어나가거나 답장할 때에는 New whisper 위 쪽의 대화목록을 선택하면 됩니다.

　All content information of the Site, except a content sent to other User, may disclose to all Users. Only ID and profile picture also disclose for searching contents to all.

　Users can modify their disclosure mode between users at their profile page.

　PrivatelyMode :

　　User ID can be searched.
　　User profile is not opened.
　　User does not receive the request of making a friendship.

　Friendly Mode :

　　User ID can be searched.
　　User profile is opened only for friends.
　　User does not receive the request of making a friendship.

　Public Mode :

　　User ID can be searched.
　　User profile is opened only for friends.
　　User allows the request of making a friendship.

　　There are 3 options for voice instance message ("Whisper") - Private, Friendly and Public.You can change this option
　　at your profile page.

　Private mode does not allow "Whisper" for anybody.

　Friendly mode allows for only friends.

　Public mode allows for all others.

　　You will not collect users' content or information or otherwise access our Service using automated methods - such as
　　bots, robots, spiders, scrapers without our permission.

Services

　The Site and the Services are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. However, there will be occasions when the Site and/or the Services will be interrupted for maintenance, upgrade and repair or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment or any reasonable reason.

　TalkArk may also impose limits on all features and services or restrict Subscriber's access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

Privacy

　Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the use of personal information on the Site and to which Subscriber agrees to be bound as a user of the Site.

Eligibility

　This site is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. You do not share your password and let anyone else access your account. We do ask that you treat our Services with respect. Spam, viruses and hate content don't belong on the Services.

Fees

　We currently provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees will still apply.

User Contents

　AnyInformation including all data (sounds, images, text, and other materials) you transmit or post to the Site is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for such Content.
